1. The Marketplace:
   The Marketplace allows medical professionals and healthcare entities to connect for the purpose of providing medical services. Medical professionals can set their rates, determine their availability, select healthcare facilities and entities to support, and leverage their ratings to market their skills and scope. Rates displayed to healthcare entities reflect the total cost for services rendered with the support of Sendit.
2. Provider Credentialing Portal:
   The Provider Credentialing Portal serves as a repository for key credentialing documents required for onboarding providers with institutions seeking their services.
3. Provider Payment and Expense Management Systems:
   The Portal facilitates providers in tracking and billing their expenses.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Website, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and truthful information in your user profile.
2. Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Treat other users with respect and professionalism.
4. Safeguard your login credentials and not share them with others.
5. Not engage in any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the Website's content.

4. Provider Profiles

Medical professionals can create profiles that include their professional credentials, rates for services, and availability. These profiles may also feature key information such as reviews, work history, and cost expectations.

5. Notifications

The Marketplace application may send automated notifications to medical professionals regarding opportunities to connect with Healthcare Facilities, credentialing, and shift assignments at connected facilities. These messages are vital to interacting with the Marketplace so you will receive these messages at the email address you provide and via text message, if you opt-in your phone number. These messages will never be marketing related.

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START to the same Marketplace Notifications number and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
2. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages send to you from us and to us from you. Frequency varies as you will receive messages as the events occur. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Opt-In Support Services

Sendit offers opt-in support services, including credentialing, scheduling, recruitment, and travel arrangements, to ensure the expectations of both providers and entities are met.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sendit and is protected by intellectual property laws.
