For travel, many of our providers prefer to book travel themselves and get reimbursed, while others have us handle it for them. Travel includes transportation and lodging; food is generally not covered.

Organizations can reduce the overhead charge to as low as 7% by covering malpractice and timely invoice payment. There are no upfront costs to join Send-it Healthcare.
We treat our providers as truly independent contractors. If a provider chooses to join your organization full-time after working with you, there is no cost to you if it is greater than 90 days from their first shift. If you make an offer before 90 days, there is a recruitment fee of $5,000. This structure protects our platform from being used solely for recruitment.
