On the physician side, we've watched talented physicians get bombarded weekly by headhunters pushing opportunities that were never clear or simple enough to even consider—just more noise in an already overwhelming profession.
The whole system was backwards—agencies treating physicians like commodities while acting as expensive middlemen, making life harder for everyone except themselves. We looked at this mess and thought: someone needs to fix this, so why not us?
